If you need to order a copy statement for a mortgage, please call us on:

For current accounts, savings account, loans, ISAs and credit cards:

  • It will cost you £2.50 per statement (capped at £10 per request)
  • You can order a copy statement from any time in the last 7 years.

For mortgages:

  • It will cost you £25 per statement
  • You can order a copy statement from any year you've had a mortgage.

Once we’ve sent the copy, you should receive it within 7 Business days. To avoid any delay, please mention that you agree to the above charges if you’re requesting copies by secure message.

Relay UK is a free service to help people communicate over the phone. You can use the service through a mobile app or with a textphone.

To use the Text Relay service dial 18001 followed by the telephone number you want to call. A relay assistant will join the call and can:

  • Type what our colleague is saying so you can read their responses
  • Read your written responses out to our colleague.
