If you need to order a copy statement for a mortgage, please call us on:

08000 288 288 for a Co-operative Bank mortgage. Lines are open 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

For current accounts, savings account, loans, ISAs and credit cards:

  • it will cost you £2.50 per statement (capped at £10 per request)
  • you can order a copy statement from any time in the last 7 years.

For mortgages:

  • it will cost you £25 per statement
  • you can order a copy statement from any year you've had a mortgage.

Once we’ve sent the copy, you should receive it within 7 Business days. To avoid any delay, please mention that you agree to the above charges if you’re requesting copies by secure message.
